IT DOES!!

Chances are you are new to the process of purchasing a factory built home. You’ve got questions and plenty of them. You have an idea of what you want in a home, and you need someone who will listen. Your first question is most likely “Where do I start?” You need someone to assist you every step of the way. From budgeting and financing to site work and improvements to floor plan design to delivery and finally installation. In the end, you have the house you wanted at a price you can afford and the quality you expect. Country Land and Homes will get you there.

Why Country Land and Homes?

Country Land and Homes is a family owned and operated Sales Center. A true Mom and Pop location owned by Jimmy and Carol Jones. If you’re looking for experience, you’ve landed at the right spot. Jimmy started in this industry back in 1967, working for his father, Bob Jones at Western Mobile Homes in Lakewood Colorado. Back in those days, homes came equipped with furniture that, like the house itself, had to be put together. At 12 years old, that was his job. From there, he worked at other locations with his Dad including Irenes Mobile Homes in Glenwood Springs, King of the Row in Lakewood and Berkley Village in Arvada. By this time, he was very experienced in the setup process. When his Dad Opened Centennial Housing in 1976, Jimmy started Golden Triangle Mobile Home Service. In 1978 he purchased a delivery toter and in addition to Setup and installation he worked in delivery. Centennial Homes had locations in Glenwood Springs, Greeley, Longmont and Fort Collins. In 1980, Jimmy started in Manufactured Housing Sales. By 1990, Jimmy had over 20 years in installation, service, delivery and sales. Centennial Housing sold to US Mobile Modular where Jimmy remained in sales and service. American Homestar / Nationwide West opened in 1997 and Jimmy became the General Manager for the Fort Collins location and Regional Vice President for Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. In 2001, Jimmy purchased the Fort Collins location and opened Magnolia Home Center. Through the toughest of economic times, MHC remained a successful dealership servicing mainly Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming and Utah. During this time, Jimmy also ran a small Real Estate Company called Country Land and Homes. In 2012, he merged his real estate company and his dealership into Country Land and Homes at 1701 East Mulberry. When you decide to purchase through Country Land and Homes, you are working with someone who has experienced every position in this industry. When you talk with Jimmy, you are getting over 50 years of experience.

Working with Jimmy since 1997 is his wife and partner Carol. Chances are if you request general information though this website, you’ll get an email from Carol. She can get you started with floor plans and pricing. Click the models page to view some plans. When you see one you like, click the request pricing tab and you’ll get a Factory Direct Price FOB the Factory.

Joining Jimmy and Carol in February 2020 is son Trevor Sage. Trevor is the Transportation Manager for Country Land and Homes. Taking care of your home from the moment it leaves the factory until it is delivered to your property. Trevor is not just an employee, he’s family.
